It's 2 a.m., you've prayed about it, and the anxiety is still there. What does the Bible actually say about that? 📖 FREE — "When Your Mind Won't Rest" (7-day devotional) For the mind that won't switch off at 2 a.m. Seven days toward the peace that passes understanding — in English & Spanish. Our gift, no cost. → https://faithisfire.com/resources This is for the believer who's tired of being told to "just give it to God" — and quietly wondering if their faith is broken. Through the story of Elijah under the broom tree (1 Kings 19), we look at what the Bible really says about anxiety: that God does not shame it — He meets you in it, with rest, food, presence, and a still, small voice. 💛 If you're struggling right now — or the thought of not wanting to be alive shows up — please don't sit with it alone. In the U.S., call or text 988 (Suicide & Crisis Lifeline), any time. Wherever you are, reach a local crisis line or emergency number. This video is not a substitute for professional care — reaching for a doctor or counselor is part of the walk, not the opposite of faith. ⏱️ CHAPTERS (timestamps reales del .srt — runtime 11:01) 0:00 - The Question You Won't Let Yourself Finish 1:22 - Elijah — the Day After the Fire (1 Kings 19) 3:39 - What Anxiety Actually Is 4:15 - God's Answer: Bread, Rest, and a Whisper 6:5 - What to Actually Do at 2 A.M. 9:29 - Come Unto Me 📖 Scripture: 1 Kings 19:4 · 1 Kings 19:5-8 · 1 Kings 19:11-12 · Matthew 11:28 · 1 Peter 5:7 (KJV) Previous message: You Still Believe in God.
